Why on earth am I posting vegetables?

It seems this week has gotten very full and I’ll need all the energy I can get!

  • Monday: Speech at HNTM, Education at SRTM
  • Tuesday: Training in Waterloo
  • Wednesday: SRTM Executive Meeting
  • Thursday: RCTM Executive Meeting
  • Friday: Do not think about Toastmasters!

Real Life

It has been said that the best topics for speeches come from events derived from one’s real life and experiences. I find that my physical challenges are adding a certain slant to my speaking topics, and (as every cloud has a silver lining), actually providing me with fresh inspiration. “You Can if You Think You Can” is the subject of my table topics session today.

On Passion

“He who has no passion has no principal or motive to act.” – Claude A. Helvetius
